Responsibilities:
- Creating marketing material (e.g. name cards, posters, banners etc) and proposal kits
- Assisting in content creation (e.g. blog/articles, case study, white paper, product, direct mailers, marketing collaterals, partners’ kits, press releases, PPT deck, etc.)
- Designing and incorporating brand identity into all marketing materials
- Designing collaterals including product brochures, posters, and banners for online and offline marketing campaigns
- Creating illustrations to be incorporated into design work
- Assisting in developing and maintaining graphic standards, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and awareness of corporate brand
- Managing websites using WordPress and related plugins, ensuring compatibility with all browsers/platforms/devices
- Managing the existing library of communication assets and creating new designs for existing templates
- Tracking and measuring results of work produced. Archiving all work as well as work of competitors
- Assisting in photo & video taking for internal and external activities
- Overseeing print or production jobs from conception to delivery
- Working with external vendors and internal stakeholders for marketing materials’ requirements
- Supporting marketing & communications team in upholding corporate image and event logistic management
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of WordPress and web development languages (HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL)
- Strong team player with proactive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines
