Key Roles and Responsibilities
- To support bridging admin: Payment checks via shared TT file if students pay via bank transfer, on a daily basis.
- Assist with enrolling students in the bridging classes upon receipt of the email enrolment requests.
- Assist with documents e-filing and uploading and sending of closure letter emails:Assist with the e-filing and uploading of the relevant transfer, intermission and program withdrawal documents of students which will need to be performed during the term.
Sending of the closure e-letters to students. - Assist with replying to resumption of studies response emails, script view application emails and routine emails
- Assist with the filtering/ replying of related emails and updating the master file for Resumption.
Filtering/ replying on script view applications. - Routine email queries.
- Assist with Graduation event and ad-hoc admin
- Perform tasks such as sorting and distributing of student cards for each Welcome Orientation session.
- Updating students’ addresses and latest ID type/ Work pass details.
Academic documents collection status check/ consolidating for return
Any other ad-hoc admin tasks that Full-Time Employees may require temp staff’s support. - Attendance Intervention:Calls and emails to students with low attendances on a monthly basis.
- Leave application management:Assist with processing of leave applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level/Diploma and above
- No experience is required
