Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing Team to execute concepts and designs in accordance with corporate guidelines for all brands under Estetica Group
- Coordinate design briefs and layout of all internal and external materials – brochures, EDMS, sales decks, catalogues, event collaterals, presentations and digital marketing channels in accordance with design principles
- Liaise with production companies for all aspects of printing and production process
- Provide creative insights and ideas for enhancing our online presence through design strategies
- Review and proof all internal and external materials prior to print and distribution
- Create, edit and maintain digital images and video clips suitable for use with internal and external channels
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong competency in photography and video editing
- Good understanding of design art procedures, design principles and working with design standards
- Good knowledge of print production
- Able to meet tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills
- Highly independent and self-motivated
- Strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus
