SERVICE TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be willing to Hands on
- Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
- Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
- Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
- Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
- Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
- Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. – Fridge, Microwave, washing machine etc.

- Candidate with good attitude, hardworking and down to earth.
- Working Location in the West – Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
- 5.5 days. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm/ Every Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
- CLASS 3 LICENSE - Company van provided.
- Salary range between $2600 - $3000 with 1month AWS
