Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame
- Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
- Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resouces and risk management
- Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
- Good knowledge and understanidng of Project Management skills and tools
- Ability to run projects wihtin budget and schedule
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant working experience in interior design / A&A work of hotel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Project )
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
- Excellent project & people management skills
- Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
