Objectives of this role
- Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures.
- Develop objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources.
- Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed and methods, equipment and personnel used.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
- Record and analyse organisations’ work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or related field required.
- Previous experience in business consulting preferred.
- Certification as management consultant is a plus.
- Strong research and data collection skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with a wide range of business management software such as business invoicing programs, word processing programs, CRM, database, and asset management software.
