Summary
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Basic $2,800 - $3,500 (depends on experience)
- Location - East, Ubi Industrial Park Area (nearest MRT, Ubi or McPherson)
Job Scope
- Prepare payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave.
- Manage employee files, including documentation for hires, resignations, and other personnel changes.
- Handle the waiver of foreign workers levy from MOM and manage work pass applications or cancellations.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as drafting job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements by maintaining employee records and reviewing employment conditions.
- Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with company policies and legislation.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Support annual salary reviews and implement performance management systems.
- Address employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee employee discipline processes and coordinate employee safety, welfare, and wellness initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 - 3 years of HR Executive experience
- Diploma or Degree in HRM or relevant
- Strong knowledge in Employment Act (Singapore)
