Responsibilities:
- To assist Project Manager in implementing project
- To oversee Engineer prepared method statement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams
- To oversee project costs are kept within budget and the completion of site activities are within the specified time frame
- To assist and co-ordinate with Client on submissions, drawing, installation, authority requirements, variation orders, inspections, testing and commissioning requirements.
- To perform tasks at work site, attend client meetings and sub-con meetings.
- Have experience of ACMV contractor at least 2 years or Data Centre project
- Education background in Degree / Diploma
- Singaporean are welcome
Requirement;
- Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Electrical, Electrical, Electronic
- At least 2 years work experience in building construction ACMV Electrical Project, DATA CENTRE Project
- Possess leadership skills with the ability to control subcontractors
- Good knowledge in ACMV and Building Automation System ( BAS ) interfacing testing
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills
