Project Engineer - Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Manages maintenance related projects, Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), schedule, costs and quality utilizing proper controls.
- Ensures that projects deliverables are met, and all associated documentation is established.
- Provides engineering support in the scoping, development, execution, and documentation of upgrade projects.
- Decommissioning of South block autoclave.
- Installation of new South block autoclave.
- New spares creation in SAP
- Support North block's decommissioning.
- Documentation revision and preparation
- Change control preparation.
- Performs job assignments by Supervisor pertaining to equipment/ instrument or system or documentation or housekeeping.
- Development of technical procedures associated with areas of responsibilities.
- Participate in HSE, Business Compliance, cGMP, and all other compliance related matters, where applicable.
- Supervise and oversee Third Party Contractors, where applicable
- Able to influence stakeholders or business leaders and to build trust throughout the organisation.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Managers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in maintenance function, in Biotech manufacturing plant
- Good knowledge of cGMP and safety regulations of pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in validation, decommissioning, installation, and change control process.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of Engineering and Compliance standards.
- Able to properly assess the situation and understand when to escalate to a higher level.
- Knowledge in root cause analysis, able to analyse information from a variety of sources to make sound decisions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Good knowledge on Failure Modes of Equipment Reliability Processes
