Roles & Responsibilities:
1) To provide excellent customer service and serve from your heart
2) Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased
3) To promote current promotions and products to customers without hard-selling tactics
4) Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
5) Handle phone calls and booking of appointments
6) Handle customer feedback and enquiries
7) Respond to customer calls and answer questions about products and services
Requirements:
1) Min. GCE N/O Level
2) Sales driven and result oriented
3) Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
4) Cheerful and outgoing personality
5) Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently
6) Enjoy serving customers with heart and passion
7) Receptionist/ Customer Service Experience preferred
8) Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
