- Develop comprehensive project plans for mechanical activities, including equipment installation, piping systems.
- Review and approve mechanical design documents, drawings, and specifications prepared by engineering teams.
- Provide input and guidance to engineering teams during the design phase to optimize mechanical systems layout, equipment selection, and installation methods.
- Coordinate procurement activities for mechanical equipment and components required for the conversion project, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Oversee the installation of mechanical equipment and systems onboard the FSRU, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, valves etc..
- Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures for mechanical systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Oversee system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical issues and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- This will be a contractual role for 1 year.
