Role Description:
- Stationed at Tourist Hub. Your role is to assist tourist with their enquiry from phone, email and walk-ins.
- You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times.
- Manager & ensure smooth day to day tour operations at the Tourist Hub
- You will also process payment for tours and issue tickets.
Experience:
- Minimally 3 years’ experience in customer service
- Prior retail sales or operations experience in tour compnay would be preferred.
Requirements:
- You should have a pleasant personality and be passionate about providing excellent service to our customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment independently as well as be an actively contributing team player
Education:
Diploma/Dregree in any discipline.
