Responsibilities & Tasks
· Generating Leads
Actively seek out potential clients and opportunities for cargo sales.
· Negotiating Contracts
Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions with clients to secure cargo transportation
contracts that are profitable for the airline.
· Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction
and loyalty.
· Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand
the airline’s cargo business. This may involve analyzing market trends, identifying key opportunities, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
· Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, emerging trends, and competitive threats. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
· Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with other departments such as operations, inside sales to ensure smooth

Requirements in Terms of Education / Professional Experience / Language Skills
· Education
Minimum Diploma.
Excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Marketing/Sales education an advantage.
· Professional Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in field sales or very solid commercial air cargo knowledge.
Ideally experienced in air cargo logistics and / or forwarding industry.
· Languages
Good command of English language: fluent in speaking and writing.
Any other languages are of advantage.
