Summary:

  • Seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist with proven expertise in project and program management, complemented by a robust understanding of various talent management functions. The ideal candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives focusing on talent development, culture enhancement, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute talent management projects and programs, ensuring punctual delivery and exceptional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate solutions and implement best practices in talent development and retention.
  • Implement and evaluate talent development initiatives, encompassing succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess talent metrics, discern trends, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Partner with HR counterparts to bolster talent-related initiatives, including performance management and career advancement programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in talent management, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to foster a culture of growth and development among managers and employees.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven 3 to 5 years experience in project and program management, ideally within talent management or HR.
  • Strong grasp of talent management principles, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Sharp analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS platforms; experience with talent management software is advantageous.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and/or talent management (e.g., CIPD) is desirable.
