Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven 3 to 5 years experience in project and program management, ideally within talent management or HR.
- Strong grasp of talent management principles, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Sharp analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS platforms; experience with talent management software is advantageous.
