Scope of work and responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of all accounting functions, full set of accounts
- Timely preparation of accounting records including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
- Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, journal entries and balance sheet analysis
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external service providers eg. corporate secretarial, auditors, tax agents and government authorities where required
- Prepare tax schedules for tax return
- Provide ad-hoc support to management and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role, and is familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Tax Statutory requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft office and familiarity with accounting system will be advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Meticulous, multitasking and able to handle tight datelines
