Responsibilities:
- Responsible for support and administrative work for project team
- Support for shop or counter installation of brand, including maintenance.
- Liaise and coordinate with all project participants on proper progress updates to ensure a timely delivery.
- Counter construction - preparation/brief/quality checks
- Provide projects reports - pre-shipment/ defects/ completion, etc.
- Create and update data in office system including PO creation & quotation
- Make overseas trips or remote online to meet clients and suppliers.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
- Perform administrative responsibilities within scope of works.
Requirement:
- Proficient in English and Chnese language (Written and spoken)
- Proven working experience in Interior design and construction.
- Proficient in Email, Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Preferably with cosmetics and retail flair experience, and eye for detailing.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Positive and keen learning aptitude.
- Able to work under a tight timeline and handle working pressure.
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Maintain good relationship with project participants -internal and external.
