- Provide full spectrum of HR support on all HR operations and office administration
- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower on application/renewal/issuance/cancellation of relevant work passes
- Prepare employment letter and follow-up on probation for new hires
- Conduct staff orientation for new hires
- Coordinate and facilitate staff trainings
- Partner with relevant department on ad-hoc projects as assigned periodically such as reviewing benefits packages, performance management, KPI, HR processes, Company Handbook and ISO system.
- Conduct first level/round of interview with potential candidate and provide recommendation to Hiring Manager as well as do internal benchmarking.
- Organise and spearhead Employee Engagement activities such as Company sports events/CNY/Christmas celebrations.
- Other HR duties assigned by the HOD.
