Project Executive

Job Description:

1. To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied.
2. Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion.
3. Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement.
4. Project site management and coordination.
5. Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status report.
6. Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
7. To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer. Discuss and feedback to Manager for actions required
8. Assist the Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies.
9. To ensure all ISD personnel and sub-contractors adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the ISD personnel and sub-contractor work activity and review their JSRA.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma holder
2. Possess project management skill
3. Able to work in fast-paced environment
4. Able to work in team and independently
5. Following Industrial permits preferred -

• Supervise Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) in Process Plant
• Supervise Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) in Construction
• SiteRemove Asbestos From Workplace
• Survey Asbestos & Other Fibres Risks at Workplace
• Industrial rope access course – (IRATA-level1)
• Develop a risk management implementation plan course Bizsafe lvl2
• Certificate In Façade Inspection
• Respond to Fire and Hazmat Emergency

Others:

1. Working hours: 8am – 5pm
2. Transport Allowance: $800 if possess own vehicle
3. Transport Reimbursement: S$500 (based on receipt / bill, ie: petrol / carpark / ERP).
4. Phone reimbursement: S$200 (based on bill)
5. Attractive incentive scheme (up to 3K per quarter)
