Position: Logistics Assistant
Working hours: 6 days work week, 7am - 4pm
Location: East
Salary: Up to $3,000
Responsibilities:
- Quality and quantity check at receiving at warehouse before dispatching to outlets
- Assisting with deliveries to outlets / external counterparts where necessary
- Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods (including receiving raw materials from suppliers which involves inspecting receivables for defects, damages or missing items)
- Compliance with HACCP / 5S guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and up keeping of warehouse
- Maintenance and up keeping of equipment
- Ensure records of physical stock is proper and accurate against the system inventory
- Assist with import and export documentation
- Assist with export packing and preparation • Documentation and filing of administrative work
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level / Diploma with min 1 year experience in related functions
- Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, strong attention to details
- Has good follow up and good communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Immediate starter preferred
