Construction Site Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages piling related activities for the construction project
- Plan, budget and supervise piling works from start to finish
- Coordinate with other professionals to ensure compliance with safety relations and monitor project progress
- min 10 years of relevant work experience and in similar capacity
- excellent time management and leadership skills
- good verbal communication skills, including able to communicate, delegate works to all workers including Chinese speaking workers
- good initiative and logical thinking skills
- liaising with client and owner and reporting on progress of work at site
- supervising construction workers
- diligently conduct quality and safety inspections
- monitoring project progress and project cost
- checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- able to work longer hours whenever required on site.
