Summary:
Monthly salary: UP to $3000
Location: Kaki Bukit (East)
Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Roles & Responsiblilties:
- Support the team in meeting both customer and company expectations
- Provide technical support for machines
- Offer direct machine support at local and overseas customer facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attend weekly meetings and presentations
- Compile technical reports
- Manage specific jigs during service tasks
- Assist Senior Engineers in advanced tasks
- Perform ad-hoc parts delivery to customers
- Conduct service, installation, and troubleshooting tasks locally and internationally
- Maintain and record spare parts inventory in SAP B1
Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least an Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering
- Possess excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
- Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred but not mandatory
