The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible in facilitating the change of our work infrastructure for the future by enabling and empowering our staff members for the digital age. The candidate will work closely with various IT teams to understand the use of the various technology in the organisation, apply their creativity and create educational content that enhance the learning experience of the employees.
- Co-lead the change of our work infrastructure for the future by enabling and empowering our staff members for the digital age
- Colloborate with business stakeholder to curate programs to promote digital literacy within the organisation.
- Work with IT team to understand business requirements, provide mapping to ServiceNow workflow processes and automate processes to drive efficiency and productivity
- Improve colleague experience using IT services and building out solutions as appropriate
- Keep up with industry trends, and work with software developers on initiatives such as new robotic/workflow automation tools and mobile apps
- Provide insights, advice and hands-on technical expertise to staff members in need.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to improve engagement with users as well as business partners.
- Assist the Service Delivery leads to drive adoption of new standards and operation processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of software development experience using Java. Javascript, Powershell, HTML, REST API, or JSON
- Team player with a strong passion in IT service delivery and improving end-user experience.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability to new innovative ideas and technologies
- Good technical knowledge in device-related technology, e.g., Windows, iOS and Android.
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Experiences in IT Service Management platforms and systems such as ServiceNow, Intune or Workspace ONE will be an added advantage.
