Quantity Surveyor

• $3000 to $4000 / month
• Office location: [Sembawang area] 6 Woodlands Sector 2 (S)737725
• Working Hours: Mon to Sat 9am to 6pm
• Scaffolding Contractor

Responsibilities:

1. Site survey and cost estimating for scaffolding projects and VO.
2. Work scheduling and communicating project timelines to Project Team Leaders.
3. Attend site meetings to solve technical and interpersonal issues when necessary.
4. Archive project documentation for future reference inc. project charters, communication records, closure evaluations, feedback, reports, and lessons learned.
5. Work closely with Customers, Operation Managers, Project Team Leaders and Contract Administrators to ensure project success.
6. Able to standby in case of emergency.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying from BCA Academy or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years’ construction field work experience.
3. Ability to understand technical drawing and take site measurement
4. Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
5. Responsible with good communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English
6. Ability to use Auto-cad to do scaffold designs preferred
