Job Description

  • Handle Account Payable & Account Receivable
  • Answer customer phone call & reply client email
  • Prepare invoices / debit note and credit note.
  • Bank reconciliation and Journal.
  • Prepare Giro & cheque payments
  • Issue Repo Listing
  • Check daily bank statement
  • Assist on monthly billing, issue debit note and credit note

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Chinese.
  • Must possess at least Diploma level.
  • Good communication skills
