6mths Contract Business Risk Management ( Private Bank )
Responsibilities
• Implement and operate business risk controls on First Line activities as required by Private Banking Controls Blueprint
• Monthly investment suitability, fund transfer and pricing reviews
• Engaging First Line stakeholders on remediations for observations
• Management reporting on control results
• Ability to understand risk in First Line activities, proactivey design and implement controls
• Prepare ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly BRM reporting to Operational Risk Management Committee, Local Management and Group
Requirements
• A diploma/ degree holder with minimum 2 years of experience in business risk mangement
• Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management Front Office First Line of Defense (FLoD) with good interpersonal skills and maturity in managing stakeholders will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of the local regulatory framework relating to investment suitability and selling practices as well as AML/ CFT
• Being pro-active with good interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using Excel for analysis and Powerpoint for regular / ad-hoc
• reporting
• Team player and able to work independently under tight deadline pressure
• knowledge / experience with investment products
Salary: $ 4500 - $5500
Location: CBD
Working hours:
9am – 6pm
