Senior Marketing Executive (JEWELLER)

Eng Leong Medallic Industries Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

· Development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overarching business objectives. Continuously analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.

· Provide strategic guidance and support to the team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns.

· Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance.

· Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX.

· Optimization of social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and growth. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and maximize impact.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution, to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives.

· Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockists.

· Take ownership of content creation and editing across various platforms, including social media, websites, and press releases. Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and relevance to effectively communicate the brand's message and values.


Qualifications:

· A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.

· Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce.

· Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.

· Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.(Mailchimp preferred)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· An eye for luxury branding, and a keen understanding of its nuances.

· Initiative and resilience.

· The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.

· The willingness to learn.

· At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.

· Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
