Summary:
Basic Salary: $2200 - $2300
Location: Woodlands
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6:10pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Process sales orders.
- Create invoices, delivery orders, and dispatch documents.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Share customer feedback internally.
- Handle incoming shipments.
- Manage Van Sales mobile devices.
- Organize files.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages.
- Immediate availability preferred
- No prior experience are encouraged to apply
