- To handle M&E projects independently in terms of budget, planning, schedule, and deliverables
- To organize meeting and coordinate among clients, project team, sub-contractors to ensure project implementation smoothly.
- To prepare method statements, risk assessment, progress report and technical submissions
- To work at site and arrange manpower, materials for project implementation
- To send RFQs and negotiate with suppliers in terms of price, delivery and etc.
- To manage engineering and project document systematically.
- To follow up with project progress and certify it for payment claim.
- To involve in tender preparation and work out technical proposal if needed.
- To lead the team to carry out the works with safety
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in construction field
- Able to work with all levels of workforce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
