Job Responsibilities
- Processing of Chain Pharmacies orders on daily basis, and informing customers should there be any short expiry items/no stock
- Processing of Purchase Order via email & fax
- Calling of customers regarding their orders when required
- Releasing of ad-hoc Blanket orders as requested
- Processing of Credit Note Return and Sales Exchange request
- Preparing of Deliver Order when needed
- Coordinating between store & customers for prompt delivery of orders
- Coordinating with finance to ensure timely payment and releasing of customers’ goods
- Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a N’ Level
- Meticulous and fast learner
- Strong communication skill with pleasant personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics will be an advantage
