Events Manager/ Senior Events Manager
- With a minimum of 4 years of working experience in the events industry (MICE)
- Possess good English language and communication skills (a good command of spoken Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Thrives well in a dynamic work environment
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual and lighting equipment Basic knowledge of marketing plans (an added advantage) Onsite crew and contractor management
- Must understand the full process of planning an event, which includes the following:
- Budget management
- Project team management
- Participant management
- Speakers management
- Exhibitor/sponsor management
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and organise large-scale and small-scale events from conception to execution
- Prepare and present budgets and proposals
- Communicate effectively with clients, venue operators, and contractors
- Coordinate design, execution, and logistics for events
