Job Description
- To maintain a rental listing of all tenancies in the dormitory, showing details such as tenant’s name, commencement date, expiry date, rental amount, etc.
- To monitor expiry dates of tenancies and send Letter of Offer
- To follow up with tenants renewal, collect requisite payments and prepare tenancy agreements for renewed tenancies and perform e-stamping of tenancy agreements.
- To file tenancy agreements and related documents systematically in the respective unit files.
- Work closely with HQ Sales Department and assist with cross-marketing among sister dormitories in the Westlite Group.
- To market available units at the prevailing prices set by management.
- To meet and exceed budgeted occupancy and rental rates.
- To liaise with prospective tenants and follow up with all requisite documentation pertaining to the tenancy, i.e. issuing of Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, etc.
- Compulsory Daily Utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for entire sales cycle from enquiry to closing deals, follow-through and re-marketing.
- To update personnel contacts in Dormitory Management System (DMS)
- To cover duties of other Sales Executive in their absence.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by management when and as deemed necessary
Requirements
- GCE A’ Level and above with minimum 1 year experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work individually and a team
- Possesses with Class 3 Driver’s License will be an advantage
- Able to start immediately/short-notice
