JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and implement analytical models to generate HR insights valuable for the business on a global scale to guide decision making and strategic planning
- Identify key people performance indicators
- Develop relevant metrics and dashboards to monitor performance with the aim of improving overall organizational effectiveness
- Leverage data and models to enhance talent acquisition and talent development strategies
- Identify opportunities and develop value driven analysis, solutions, and interactive dashboards
- Apply process related concepts and statistical methodologies appropriately to new or ambiguous situations
- Performs group-wide analysis, including generation of scheduled and ad hoc HR reports, and assists with data collection, consolidation, and analysis to support HRs in making data-driven decisions
- Collaborates with business leaders and HR Business Partners on evolving workforce analytics requirements for analysis and reporting needs across the organization.such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have propensity for HR strategy and understand business needs. Strong analytical skills, with experience in solving ambiguous problems. Able to identify strategic opportunities and use data to provide insights
- At least 3 years of experience in people analytics, statistical modelling, data visualization, reports creation and dashboarding
- Knowledge and experience in human resources domain is preferred
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI, R or any data visualization tools. Familiarity with Workday system would be advantages
- Able to function in ambiguous situation, multi-tasks and manage different stakeholders of different cultures
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Able to see the big picture as well as an eye for details. Has the flair for seeing the solution in massive data points
- Degree in Organizational or Social Psychology, Behavioural Science, Statistics, or other relevant areas
- IHRP certification preferred
