Job Descriptions:
1. Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of the M & E services, carrying out all planned preventive maintenance and periodic inspection and up-keep of all plants and equipment.
2. Perform weekly checks on the building’s fire alarm system main panel and sub-panels, including trouble shooting on failure of fire-protection system.
3. Attend to tenant’s complaints and work requisition.
4. Maintain a proper stock control and record for all electrical/mechanical parts, accessories and materials kept.
5. Respond and attend to all emergency calls after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of plants and equipment in the building.
6. Ensure that service contractors perform proper service standard in accordance to the service contract’s specifications and requirements.
7. Trouble-shoot on any apparent failures of all electrical and mechanical equipment installed.
8. Maintain and up-keep building’s fabric and other carpentry/ironmongery work as and when directed by the management.
9. To carry out minor electrical installation works as and when assigned by the management.
10. Carry out energy and water conservation tasks as and when directed by the management.
11. Perform 2-shift duties as and when assigned.
12. To attend to any other job functions that may be assigned by the building manager and the management from time to time.
13. Carry out periodic maintenance of water chill/pump/storage/server room/motor fans for the wind tunnel
14. Attend to Variable Frequency Drive / Programmable logic control
15. Attend to Main server room
