Job Responsibilities:
- To be based at bank branch and encourage / guide customers to use online banking
- Migrate / guide customers to perform transactions
- SMM functions (including but not limited to crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other SMM that may be required from time to time)
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
- Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Comfortable with long hours of standing
- Customer-oriented
