- Full set of payroll processing and statutory submissions for 1000+ headcount
- Record keeping of employee’s Personal File and ensure accurate information are updated
- To handle Time Management System and verifying total number of hours and overtime that employees have worked
- Calculating and issuing salary accordingly through bank transfer to employees (two payroll runs a month)
- Processing deductions (if any)
- Processing medical claims (if any)
- To handle Leave Administration matters
- Prepares monthly payroll report
- Process payroll and necessary exit clearance for exit staff
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experiences
- Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
- Experience in SAP and TMS is an added advantage
- Experience in Construction field is an added advantage
- 5 days work week
- Provided transport pick up at Clementi MRT station
