Job Description:
- Process all Air and Ocean export shipments in accordance to customer requirement.
- Import clearance and monitoring of incoming shipments. Ensure cargo cleared on time.
- Co-ordinate with customers, vendors and service providers on all import shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation.
- Billing and invoicing of shipments.
- Ensure all import and export documents are properly archived to Recall for storage.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in Shipping / Logistics Management / Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in shipping environment.
- Familiar with Incoterms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and WMS software.
- Independent and good communication skills.
- Meticulous in documentation and filing.
