Role & Responsibilities
1. Identifying process capabilities, develop, optimize and implement new technology to improve throughput.
2. Manage sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work within company premise.
3. Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols, and reports
4. Participate in Process Safety Assessments
5. Ensure production safety requirements are implemented and followed accordingly
6. Assist in the development and upgrading of Quality Management System
7. Assist and contribute in Production / Engineering / Warehouse improvement initiatives
8. Contribute to Identification of production / engineering root cause, implement corrective and preventive measures
9. Assist in technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies
10. Assist in execution of training program, setting up of documentation and procedural control for current and new equipment
11. Assist in the implementation and function of continuous improvement program
12. Assist in develop maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and oversee that the plan is executed effectively
13. Any Ad-hoc work assigned by the manager
Prerequisites:
· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or any engineering major
· Minimum 2years’ process experience in Chemical Manufacturing
· Preferable 1-2yrs of facility and equipment maintenance experience is a plus point
· Able to read and write basic English and Mandarin
· A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure
· Strong sense of responsibility, proactive at work, good at identifying problems, problem solving skill and strong self-motivation
· Familiar with Microsoft Office software, eg: Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
Working Hours:
· Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 5.30pm
