Job Description
- Provide good customer service and administrative support to students, their parents and teachers at the tuition centre.
- Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries
- Provide prompt assistance to all enquiries and ensure proper follow-up and closure
- Process student registrations and payment • Perform administrative duties and regular updates to system
- Sorting of weekly worksheets into files
- Ensure the safety and appropriate behaviour of students at the learning centre
- Provide administrative support to teachers when required
- Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary
Working Shifts available :
- Tue (3.15pm - 8.15pm)
- Sat (9.15pm - 3.15pm)
- Sun (8.45am - 2.15pm)
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O' Level or any related educational level.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service role would be advantageous.
- Training would be provided for candidate that do not have relevant working experience.
- Must be fluent in both Chinese And English
- Must be able to work for the above timing mentioned.
- Able to commit full duration of the contract (1 year).
- Must be responsible and committed
- Possess good working attitude and keen to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must love children and comfortable working around them.
- Those can start work within short notice would be advantage.
