- Support sales team to prepare and issue quotations, work orders, delivery orders and related documents on ERP platform for customers and manage the accounts.
- Monitor work in process and coordinate closely with production to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Assist in sales marketing efforts, sample kits and sales review
- Provide sales support to customers and feedback.
