Responsibilities:
Support and Maintenance
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network-related issues
- Develop, maintain and improve existing and new local application systems, tools and Inter & Intranet environment to meet local business needs with a relentless customer satisfaction focus.
- Maintain and support client hardware and software environment in compliance with Local, Regional and Global standards, strategic policies, guidelines, procedures for ensuring the continuous of business activities.
- Support IT Service Desk so that IT could timely feedback to user's incidence calls and give them support for users troubleshoot problems.
- Conduct end user training accordingly business requirements and / or strategic assistance for productivity and efficiency of computing work
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related filed
- Proficient in utilizing virtualization technology, specifically Hyper-V.
- Strong technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in application/data system with proven track record of running high performing application and data system environments and development including Web Application environment, SQL query (Database experience is a must),
- Proficient in utilizing virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V,
- Strong technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity
