What you will be doing

  • Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
  • Propose and coordinate comprehensive organization-wide statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budgets;
  • Consolidate learning and development needs to bridge skills and service gaps, enhancement of knowledge and skills sets;
  • Administer funding matters;
  • Manage a full spectrum of learning and development functions;
  • Update of organisation chart, job descriptions etc;
  • Assist in staff engagement activities and internal communications;
  • Effectively monitor, track, evaluate and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behaviour change, qualitative feedback etc);
  • Participate in HR-related projects and engagement initiatives;
  • Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of postage mails, time attendance, photocopiers toner and meter readings checks, nametags, storages etc);
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience;
  • IHRP certification is strongly preferred;
  • Good communication skills to engage employees at different levels;
  • Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR best practices;
  • Team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
