Job Requirements:
1.Developing and implementing the company's strategic plans to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, human resources, and financial management.
3.Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
4.Maintaining good communication and collaboration with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
5.Overseeing the company's financial status, developing budgets, and monitoring costs.
6.Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, managing risks, and taking necessary compliance measures.
7.Participating in business development and marketing activities to expand the business and identify new opportunities.
8.Handling internal affairs and decision-making within the company, and reporting the company’s performance and progress to the board of directors or shareholders.
9.Representing the company at industry conferences, events, and public relations activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
10. Provide strategic leadership for the organization, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
11. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
12. Performs tender adjudication on tender awards put up by Project teams as part of due diligence to ensure prices are competitive and all transactions are done above board with proper justification - to safeguard the company against any possible loss of profits, reputation, etc...
13. Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environment, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statement.
14. Overseeing the approval process, including manpower management, proposals and all sales related matters.
