The client goal is to promote Value-Based Healthcare in Asia-Pacific by enhancing the quality of healthcare and reducing medical expenditures, by investing in and/or connecting various stakeholders, such as the best-in-class hospitals/ clinics, regional payers and pharmaceutical companies, and encouraging outcome-based care using healthcare data.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in increasing the value and performance of affiliated companies by utilising the company's network, resources, and expertise in the wellness sector.
- Plan and carry out the department’s projects as per the mid-term management plan, which are aligned with the global strategy of Wellness Business Unit in HQ, as well as the regional strategy.
- Explore, evaluate, and pursue new investment opportunities in the wellness sector in the region that fit with our strategies.
- To communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing with management, team members, management of affiliated companies and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years (excluding internship period) of investment-related work experience
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to actively diversify the range of industry-related expertise and business expertise
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within the Asia Pacific region, especially in the ASEAN countries (frequency of travel: 1-2 times/ quarter)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal
- Experience in strategy development and business planning
