Responsibilities:
· Provide admin support to the lawyers
· Data entry and submission of various forms to relevant government agencies.
· Preparation of legal documents
· Filing of paperwork
· Liaising via phone or email with clients, banks, government agencies and other law firms
· Delivery of documents on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
· No experience required
· Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office applications.
· Good typing speed and accuracy
· Able to work with little supervision
· Decent command of written and spoken English
