Job Description
- Lead and manage projects related to application development and system implementation.
- Oversee the upgrade of HR systems, finance systems, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables efficiently.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and system implementation processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
