Your roles and responsibilities:
- You will be assigned junior staff to mentor. Take your first steps into people management.
- You'll be expected to offer solutions and guidance to junior members of your team alongside your team manager.
- You'll need to play a more consultative role share how data drives next steps in digital performance marketing campaigns, relative to their business goals.
- You'll be executing (hands on) and strategising Google ads and social media ads for clients
- You'll work with our SEO executional teams to build a long lasting and success campaign for our clients.
- You'll be the main point of contact with your clients and in charge of overall communications with them.
- You'll be responsible for monthly reviews with clients and with your team members.
- You'll oversee the various campaign deliverables to ensure quality standards, client expectations and deadlines are met.
- You'll get the chance to identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients and work with your manager to increase clients' adoption of our services.
- You'll never be alone - work with a passionate team of Performance Marketers, Creatives, and Website Developers to develop high performing campaigns
- You'll remain constantly updated with company capabilities and services, and upgrade your knowledge of paid search/social solutions to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
- You'll ultimately be responsible for long-term retention of clients with us.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Years of hands on work experience in digital advertising such as Google ads or Facebook ads
- Consumer Services Marketing experience is a plus.
- Preferably previously specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
