JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas
• Attend meeting, respond to client complaints / feedback
• Allocate equipment and/or supplies to cleaning sites
• Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation
• Perform Risk Assessment at site.
• Regular visits to cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement work quality and meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in cleaning industry
• With Class 3 driving license (Company Vehicle Provided)
• Good industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection.
• Prior experience in Risk Assessment.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player and able to work independently.
• Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives, able to analyses and think flexibly
• Supervisory skills to manage cleaners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to read and write English.
• Physically fit and mobile.
• Computer literacy – Email, Microsoft Excel system.
