Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Service team ensuring compliance and meet performance KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback through various channels such as emails, social media, phone calls, and Google reviews.
- Providing findings to internal departments, and proposing solutions to resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal departments to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify area for improvements
- Implement analytics dashboard on customer feedback and provide management with insights
- Develop and enhance SOPs on managing customer experience.
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs, develop training content and materials with operations team
- Conduct customer service training to staff
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in business and related fields
- Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in F&B.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Customer Service centric
- Results-oriented, problem-solver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
