Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners, including system design, product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and training.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio, including switches, sockets, home automation systems, and building automation solutions, and stay updated on new product releases and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to engage with customers and partners, understand their technical requirements, and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Support project implementation by providing technical expertise, conducting site visits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars for customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance their understanding of the products and solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and technical bulletins. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and support activities.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or related roles within the electrical or automation industry.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, automation technologies, and building management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Asia-Pacific region as needed.
