Drama Teacher (Drama Academy)
Working days: 5 days (Off on weekdays, Both Sat & Sun have to work)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working location: 126 Cairnhill Rd, Singapore 229707 (Newton area)
Salary: $2000 - $4000 (depends to experiences)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct, facilitate and teach drama related programmes to a range of age groups prescribed and approved by our Drama Academy.
- Always prepare well for lessons and classes in line with the Academy’s scheme of work.
- Always participate when required, in set up and preparation of presentations, rehearsals, sample classes, trial classes, showcases, events.
- Plan, prepare and submit student reports as required in a timely manner.
- Undertake assignments given by the Head of Creatives related to lessons and programmes.
- Communicate readily with both current and prospective parents about their children’s progress in Drama Academy, addressing any concerns and situations, providing sensible and assuring feedback when required.
- Maintain a high standard of conduct, discipline, timeliness and work practices always.
- Standby with readiness to take on duties and classes of colleagues who are absent or unable to do the classes.
- Attend all meetings, discussions, and briefings when requested.
- At all times, uphold the good image of Drama Academy in conduct, delivery and persona when representing the Academy.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in related fields.
- With relevant teaching experiences.
- Willing to work on weekends.
